An egg is a powerhouse of nutrition, containing all sorts of goodies including protein, essential vitamins A, D, E, and B as well as minerals such as iron, phosphorus and zinc — and they’re relatively low in saturated fat also.
So there is not to worry that this is going to be helpful or not as it is a practical reseach. The study also suggests that if you eat eggs in your breakfast then you are going to eat less in your next meals.
